Best Healthy Lifestyle Tips

I asked the question because I went to see my Doctor the other day for my three month checkup.The results of my visit are back. My doctor is please with the results and I'm happy about it,too. I'm fairly healthy for a 67 old man.I try to eat right ,take a supplement and get in some exercise .So,why do I dislike doctor visits?
